This decision may be made at the discretion of studio.

This policy applies regardless of class level, membership status, or length of time at the studio.

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY

If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 8 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the class start time will result in the loss of credit for that class. To be fair to all, no-shows for classes will be subjected to incur a $20 charge. Late cancels for classes will be subjected to $10.

CLASS CANCELLATION

Weekend Classes: If there is low enrollment by 8:00 PM the evening before, the class may be canceled.

Weekday Classes: If there is low enrollment by 12:00 PM on the day of class, the class may be canceled.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Our 5-minute late policy is strictly enforced. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, you will not be allowed entry into class. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid disruption. If you arrive late, you assume responsibility for any missed warm-up exercises and content. No refunds or make-up classes will be provided if you are not let in to a class due to lateness. Please arrive on time.

WAITLIST POLICY

If a class is full and you are on the waitlist, keep an eye on your email and the app, as the system will automatically add you to the class if a spot opens up. By joining the waitlist, you are committing to attending and paying for the class if you are added. Failure to show up after being added from the waitlist will result in no-show penalties.

FILMING AND SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

If consent cannot be obtained, ensure that any individuals visible in the background are blurred. Posting content that includes others without consent or without blurring their faces may be considered a violation of privacy and Groove Studios’ policy. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to delete the content.

NO TEACHING POLICY

In both classes and Open Pole, if you are not the instructor, please refrain from teaching other students or friends.

Also Open Pole is designed for practicing skills you already know. If you frequently teaching others or are continuously asking to be taught during Open Pole, you may be subject to a ban from future Open Pole sessions.
